Your camera in a bubble, in any corner.
Film your camera while you record your screen, or record a take later over the edited video. Lumae draws it as a bubble over the picture, so its shape, size, corner, border and shadow stay editable until you export.
How it works

Pick a camera
Choose one in the capture bar's Camera menu and record your screen, or press Record Take in Inspector › Camera (⌃⌘R) to film over the edited video.

Let it land
The take lands on the Camera lane, with your voice on Narration if the microphone is on, both linked to the clip. It plays as a bubble in the bottom-right corner.

Shape it
Set the shape, size and corner, or drag the bubble on the video. Select a take to give that one its own look.
What you can change
Each one is named the way it appears in Lumae.
- Camera
- Off, or any connected camera, including an iPhone through Continuity Camera.
- Shape
- Circle, Squircle, Square or Widescreen.
- Size
- From 8 % to 50 % of the frame's height, 22 % by default.
- Mirror
- On by default, the way a mirror shows you. Turn it off to hold text up to the lens.
- Position
- Any of the four corners, or drag it. From side and From top or bottom set the distance.
- Border
- A Width from 0 to 24 px with a colour, and a Shadow.

Can I change the bubble after recording?
Yes, any time. The bubble is drawn when the video plays or exports, so every setting stays editable.
Can I use my iPhone as the camera?
Yes. Continuity Camera devices show up in the Camera list beside built-in and USB cameras.
Does it record my voice too?
Only with the microphone on. Your voice lands as a separate Narration take, recorded alongside the camera so they stay in sync, and you can level and fade it on its own.
Does a zoom move my face?
No. The bubble is drawn after the zoom, so it stays put while the picture moves under it.
